For over two decades, Recruitment Solutions has been deeply rooted in the Rochdale business community. Our journey began right here, and our success has been shaped by the people, enterprises, and entrepreneurial spirit of this vibrant borough. We’re proud to give back by supporting the next generation of local business leaders through these prestigious awards.
Our own milestone moment came in 2012, when we were honoured with the Business of the Year (under £1m) award. That evening was not only a celebration of our achievements but also a catalyst for our continued growth. The experience left a lasting impression—and now, we’re excited to be part of someone else’s journey.
Championing local Rochdale talent and enterprise
As sponsors, we’re not just attaching our name to a trophy—we’re actively involved in the process. Our very own Recruitment Manager, Cody McCullough, will serve as Head Judge for the New Business of the Year category. Cody brings a wealth of insight into what makes a new business stand out, and is passionate about supporting early-stage companies that are making waves in the region.
