With our Client based on the edge of Bury – on site Car Parking available Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd are looking to appoint a Customer Service Support Assistant.
Working as part of a small – friendly and helpful team the role of Customer Service Support will suit a professional who likes working with Customers to resolve Queries and build and maintain strong Customer Relationships.
WHAT IS ON OFFER AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT
- Annual Salary of £25,000 – this will be reviewed Annual based on Personal Performance and Profit of the Business
- 25 Days Holiday – PLUS Bank Holidays
- Flexible Start and Finish times – within a 37.5 hour week.
- On Site Car Parking

THE ROLE AND SKILLS NEED FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
- Confident skills across Word and Excel
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service role
- Ability to build and maintain relationships – Problem Solving and Query Management
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Ability to Plan and work to Deadlines
- Set up New Customer Accounts
- Work across Ad hoc Projects
