Management Accountant – (Part Qualified)
Job Description
We are working with a growing business in the heart of Manchester City Centre, as a Part-Qualified Management Accountant you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, providing accurate reporting and driving process improvements. Reporting into the Financial Controller and working in a team of 5.
Management Accountant – The Job:
- Preparing monthly management and supporting month-end processes
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance and analysis
- Conduction balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with financial standards
- Supporting internal and external audits with accurate documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
- Identifying opportunities to streamline process and enhance efficiency
Management Accountant – The Person:
- We’re looking for an ambitious individual who has a proactive mindset with strong analytical skills
- Part-Qualified with ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Proven experience in management accounting or a similar finance role
- Advanced excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Xero or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to achieve professional qualifications
