Another proud step in Recruitment Solutions’ ongoing commitment to Rochdale
We’re delighted to share that our Managing Director, Karen Reynolds, has been appointed as the new Head of Safe Guarding at Oulder Hill Leadership Academy in Rochdale. This important role reflects not only Karen’s deep personal commitment to making a difference but also Recruitment Solutions’ wider mission to put the local community at the heart of everything we do.
Karen’s appointment marks a significant responsibility—overseeing and supporting safeguarding standards in a school that has made huge strides in recent years. She takes over from a dedicated predecessor who helped steer the school from an ‘Inadequate’ Ofsted rating to ‘Good’, and she is keen to maintain that momentum.
“I’m really pleased to have been asked to take on this role,” said Karen. “Safeguarding is a key area of school governance, and it’s one that carries a significant level of responsibility. I’m looking forward to building on the excellent work that’s already been done and supporting the school on its ongoing journey.”
This new role adds to a long line of community-focused initiatives Recruitment Solutions has proudly led and supported over the years.
